"Eli's Run" at Oxford Area High School will benefit leukemia research
The third annual "Eli's Run," a 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run to benefit the Eli Seth Matthews Leukemia Foundation, will be held on Saturday, May 11, rain or shine, at Oxford Area High School, 705 Waterway Road, East Nottingham.
The one-mile Fun Run will begin at 9 a.m. and the 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registration fees are $10 for the Fun Run and $20 for the 5K Run/Walk.
Teams are also invited to participate in the 5K Run, at a fee of $90 per team of five members or less. Prizes will be awarded for Best Team Name, Best Team Uniform and Fastest Team.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the event by the Matthews Family.
