Oxford Area High School Choral Concert will have strings attached

The Oxford Area High School Chorus will present a spring concert on Friday, April 27 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the school located at 705 Waterway Road, East Nottingham. The concert will feature the Senior Chorus and Choral Ensemble performing a wide variety of music from Bach to the Beach Boys. A string quartet will join the chorus for a performance of Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria, and choral director Julie Skrapits promises the concert will conclude with an uplifting and memorable surprise. Afterwards, guests can join the chorus members for a reception in the rotunda and opportunities to support the vocal music program by voting in the annual Beautiful Baby contest. Photos and artwork by the students will also be on display and available for purchase.
